The design challenge for American Freedom Flyers was to create a brand identity that seamlessly merges the grace of equestrian sport with the powerful symbolism of flag presentation. The goal was to visually and emotionally communicate the American Freedom Flyer team’s values of faith while showcasing the breathtaking performances delivered by skilled equestrians.
The target audience includes event organizers seeking unique, patriotic displays, as well as equestrian enthusiasts and spectators who appreciate precision riding and flag presentations. Additionally, the brand resonates with those who hold traditional values rooted in faith and freedom.
The brand identity draws inspiration from themes of elegance, independence, and strength. Visual elements include bold flag imagery juxtaposed with the sleek silhouettes of horses, embodying the harmony between rider and nation. A refined color palette featuring rich reds, whites, and blues emphasizing patriotic pride. The logo itself consists of an Arabian horse head silhouette, showing off the very first horse the company had used, and a flag on each side.
By blending the artistry of equestrian sport with patriotic symbolism, American Freedom Flyers successfully connects audiences to a deeply moving experience. The brand identity celebrates the values of freedom, strength, and unity while showcasing the talent of a predominantly female-led team.
